Hollywood Casino may charge a collections charge of $30.00 for any check or draft returned. Should Hollywood Casino commence legal action against me to collect monies owed, I agree to pay all attorney’s fees, court cost and collections cost. In the event my check is returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, Hollywood Casino reserves the right to represent my check electronically.
